to hold it in or not...thats the question

well i really have found from my own expirments that holding 3 big hits in for 15 seconds each is alotttttt more powerfuill than 3 big hits only held in for 5 seconds each

Yeah, I like to know where some of these guys are getting these 'scientific' theories that 3 - 7 secs is the optimal time. I mean, it is like people just make these claims like it is written in stone but I would like to see some citations here.


I hold my hits in for 10 - 20 secs... I get a shit load higher this way then when I just held it in for 2 - 5 secs (like I read on here).
