U.k Riots against Muslims..what do u think

With all the tension from the past few years from 9/11, london tube bombings,
muslim groups carring out public (hate) preachings in bradford leeds etc ,jack straw (M.P) speaking his mind about muslim women wearing vails(quite right).

Isn`t it time us british stood up to this relgion , i am not a beliver in anything relgious as i believe religion is the biggest killer in this world but then i have been tolorant of religion until now!

I am a white british male with a young family me 26 my girl 25 my little boy 5 and my newiest addition to the family 1 week old, i now feel that very insure about going on a plane anywhere and even going to the capital london for fear of my children being caught or mamed in a bomb blast!!!!

I have no problems with blacks ,chineese ,jews , christians , other europeans
they all have brought great ideas and influenced the country and many others greatly................But why is it you cannot walk into a petrol station with a crash helmet on but yet if you wear a muslim vail thats fine...come in!!

if i now went out into the street and said "i hate muslims" i would be arrested , yet if i were muslim and said lets kill the british and americans and rob there banks and post offices he gets away with it........this country has lost its sense of direction and getting in a bigger mess.
When somebody takes the oath or is part of the british empire they should obide by our rules/laws if not fuck off home where they originated from.
If any foreinger was to visit one of their temples or country we are expected to cover up our arms& legs and maybe taking our shoes of, we agree to their rules with no arguements....because we respect.....why is it so hard for them to return the favour..........Muslims have brought the hatred on by themselves because of there beliefs ,disrespect of the british public , laws , stubborness and dam right secretive society.
Its time to learn from our mistakes and take a lesson that muslim intigration will not work in this country without causing a massive divide which has happened in yugoslavia,israel,russia,iraq and africa why the hell does britain think it will be ok when some of the largest continents on earth cant cope with muslim influx......................Britain should go back to its pagen origin,where we had the sense to see that we came from the earth around us
carbon water atoms etc not some invisible dude that no fucker has seen!
Only when religion is stamped out will we see peace

As a biker who hates having to take off my scarf and helmet whenever I stop at a shop for a paper I don't see the difference if anyone else who covers their face is asked to do the same.

yeh, youve got a good point, everyone OTHER than muslims seem to at least respect the country they live in, i have nothing against the muslim religion or any other religion for that matter but there is an equality issue with muslims, they seem to think they dont have to listen, and that we are discriminating against them, personally i think any religion who would blow up a load of innocent people in the name of 'allah' is bullshit, these muslims are ideots, and shouldnt even be muslims, the religion is not about killing, that is against muslim rules! i think terrorists are a bunch of pricks that are pissed of with the world and use religion (as many people would die for their religion) as a way to recruit more pricks. It's a figurative scarf.

It signifies religion. Many people are born into a religion and know only what they are taught from day one.
So explain why Muslims can live around me, and I around them without any problems. It's certainly not because I'm in Canada..
You think it's the teachings that are the problem but who is teaching them? Maybe you should be going after the people that force and mislead others into a religion, or simply give them no other choice.
I was not born Muslim hoose to become Muslim...does that mean i'll go "kaboom" as well?
I was however, born into a religion and know exactly what it's like to know only what is told to you. The beginning years of your life are..well, important to the development of your personality. Muslims live all over the world and have for many years...well before any of this stereotyping started.
They are our neighbours and our co-workers and even family.
So why all the attention now?

The Muslim faith is by nature a non violent faith.
In fact.. can you think of any religion that teaches people to be violent?
I'd say the Catholic church has sponsored and supported more wars than any other religion...Millions of people gather to see the pope.. and would probably die for him, grown men cry for him. Are they not fanaticals as well?

I agree with the mentality that in order to live in our rapidly changing soceity you need to be able to adapt with it. If not, well.. you're going to be left in the dust.
Removing a helmet when you enter a store should be a given. A helmet protects your head and could even be used as a weapon. A scarf or piece of cloth covering a woman's face? Is not the same thing as entering a store with a helmet on.

I'll move this to the spirituality/religion forum now.. in hopes that a different opinion can be shed on this ...Muslim paranoia.. and yes, that's what it is.

I don’t believe this either. Remember you are hating a entire people for the actions of some. Actions that my be in response to our actions. I am a Canadian and I expect terrorist attacks to start in Canada. Why, because we deserve it. What we are doing the in middle east is destroying lives, communities and an entire country. If America invaded my country and killed my family, guess what I would do.

One rule for one person and another rule for another is bound to cause problems.
I should make clear that I blame one institution for this situation and that is the rule makers .
Just because someone believes in a certain religion should not make them exempt from rules everyone else is forced to follow.
If I am stopped by the police and refused to remove my scarf and helmet I could expect to see the inside of a police cell pretty damn quick, why should someone be able to hide their identity if I am forced to reveal mine?

PS I believe the Muslim threat to be complete BS propoganda spread by the gov to sow division therefore making the populace easier to manipulate through fear and BS.
