Hmmm. That does look weird. What would I do? I would veg it out until it's clone-able, clone it, then veg that clone. I had a plant that was sickly, semi-mutant looking. It looked horrible: nute burn, curling leaves, the works. Then we topped it. And that top became an awesome plant. Vigorous and symmetrical. We are now doing LST on it. You can see it in my thread. I then threw away the "mother" of that plant. It was beyond repair. I might have posted a pic of it way back when.

But since this thread is titled Mutant Plants, I thought I'd add in a recent pic of one of our flowering "text-clones." It touched the light and burnt, then mutated. It now has three flowers growing off of one growth tip. Enjoy. And good luck with your mutant plant. If you don't find any better advice, maybe try what I did.
