showers kill my buzz too. and getting dressed for us in canada, ever hung out the window to smoke in a towel in 10 degree weather first thing in the morning? i did....once then i learned my lesson.

But a lot of questions come to mind. If you wake up and lay in bed for 10 or 20 minutes then get out of bed and toke is that a w&b? Or if you get up and go take a piss or shower and then go smoke.
