Vitamins varry in toxicity levels, from Vitamin C which is pratically as non-toxic as THC, and Vitamin A which has actually killed people from "vitamin A poisoning" just from eating an all-meat diet (albeit the story I read was from a guy eating nothing but seals and sled-dogs for survival).
fat soluble vitamins - A, D, E, and K - are easier to overdose on. water soluble vitamins are flushed out by the kidneys and are relatively harder to get to toxic levels.
