NIcotinic ACid vitamIN B3(Niacin)
I've noticed taking niacin on a full stomach, like right after a meal helps a lot with the burning. Depends on how big the meal is, sometimes only my elbows and ass get read, sometimes not at all. If I'm not burning does that mean it's not working?
