...and no, I don't give a shit about personal experience. If we based everything on personal experience it would be a pertty sad existence. You can tell me all day long about how niacin works, but the fact is it doesn't. You're assuming it does because you took it and passed the test. Like I said, you could have taken peppermint oil and passed your test and you'd be claiming that worked too. Since we're on that subject, what else did you eat or do that day? Did you piss? Did you eat anything with flour in it? If so, you might as well tell me that flour and peeing will make you pass a drug test...
