    Too early to flower?

What is the earliest anyone has ever induced flowering? I have 6 plants going right now but they are all under 8" tall, and to give them at least 7 weeks to flower, they need to go 12/12 next weekend.

Should be fine? yes? no? maybe?
Whatever info I can get would be awesome, thanks all:rasta:

induce flowering whenever you want.. remember that a plant will increase about 30-40% of its veg size from the time you put it into 12/12.

Simply depends on how large a plant you want, how much light you have, space, dedication, time, and patience.etc.

    Flower away.

30-40% of the size of the plant when it was put into 12.12? I may serve corrected, but I believe the plants will at least double in size during 12.12!
    Let the good times roll!!

well, there you go, those plants probably had a sativa trait in them, for example, some sativa plants TRIPLE in size whereas my indica plants seem to only grow about 10% more, if that... its not because im growing them badly, its just the type of plant, personally i prefer it when plants dont grow anymore once flowering starts, that way it doesnt waste growing energy... good luck slacker...

You can flower whenever you want, but less vegg. time = less yeild.

It all depends on the strain as well. Indicas tend to go short and stumpy, so their size at the end of vegg. time will only double, with proper lighting and conditions, as where sativa dom. strains, they will at least double, but most likely will triple in size.

I grew a WW once, mostly Indica, started flowering at 12 inches (1ft) in height and ending height was only 2ft.

I have a Jack Herer cross right now, 80% sativa I believe, and I flowered when it was about 10 inches in height, and the bastard is at about 3ft right now.

So it all depends on the strain. Indicas = small/thick-Sativas = big/lanky
