emergency lighting

hi all,
just wondering if it will be bad for my plants (1 ice, 1 white rhino at 10 days 12-12 and 1 bag seed at 6 weeks 12-12) to spend a day or two under 200 watt of veg flouros. I have got too many girls for my normal cab and am having to quickly construct some new space for the overflow. I should be getting some red spectrum lights in next couple of days..... till then its the veg lights on 12-12. is this harmful in anyway? or will i just see a slow down of growth?

they will grow if thats what ur asking, however they will stunt for the time being under the wrong light. nothin to serious seems these are a couple extra plants u dont have room for.
