England for me is crap, my job is good, but everything else is a joke.
For me, personally Canada is the best place to live in all of the world. For me, its a 20/10 place. I LOVE CANADA.LIP Reviewed by LIP on . canadians I had the talk with my uncle and dad of moving out of england the other day. Canada always seems to pop up due to quality of life, and the size of housing you can get, with nice amounts of land. How would you rate your country? what are the nice areas to live? ideally not too rural and not too urban. And.. how are foreigners looked upon? thanks :upsidedow Rating: 5

When I lived in Alberta, the tax was just 6%.
I'm not sure what it is in BC, a tad higher I believe, 7 or 8% I think.
Ontario is the most expensive place to live though at 15% total I believe, but their smokes and alcohol are cheaper, but if you think about it, it all levels out.
I hear in Englad, to own an actual home, you spend your lifetime just paying it, and then you die, so when you die, you finally own your own home.

your equivalant to VAT seems cool, quite low compared to englands 17.5%.
by the way, vat = value added tax whats added on to consumer goods by goverment in uk.
ive found a good site for tax, and ive been looking at summaries of the areas of some canadian tourist board site.
yukon sounded cool for the countryside, but artic like temperatures didnt sound inviting, nor did a very low population. need to find a more neutral source though.

yeah it's definitly not a good place to live if you don't like the cold. And if you don't snowboard or snowmobile or something like that it could be pretty boring in the winter. ( i'm still waiting on the snow to start falling so i can take out my board
