Trichome status and question

So I just checked my plant's trichomes and it seems that a few are starting to turn amber on some of the lower buds, but the top of the main cola doesn't seem to be amber at all yet. Is this how the trichomes should be? I'm thinking that if I could see some of the lower part of the main cola I'd see some amber trichomes there, but my plant is very small and I don't wat to disturb the trichomes too much to get a good look at them.

its getting there, i assume all the trichomes are cloudy ewith a few turning amber? you could always snip off a few small samples to get the big picture.

different parts of the plant can mature at different times, so just go on the average

Yeah that seems to be the case. Not too many turning amber at all since I last posted, at least not that I can see, but the vast majority seem to be cloudy. Perhaps some that are just turning amber appear to have turned clear? The plant has probably been flowering for about seven weeks, and I'm thinking about harvesting very soon.
