Having seen moldy buds before it doesn't look like mold from the pics you posted.....it does look like some very nice weed though, first thing I noticed was all the trics...looking good.

Like mentioned mold will feel like cotton and be 'powedery' as well, and most of the time it will 'rot' that part of the bud/leaf material making it feal 'mushy.'

If it doesn't resemble mold in those ways then I wouldn't worry about it too much, even after never seeing mold I knew what it was the 'first' time after seeing it, pretty evident. Just make sure to cure at least 3 weeks opening the jars once a day for a few minutes for the first week of curing to prevent mold formation, after that leave the jars shut for a few weeks....proper curing makes a world of difference.
