marijuanamat Reviewed by marijuanamat on . i want to know if my plant is budding i think my plant is budding but it is about 5 inches tall. My other plant didnt start doing what this one is doing until it was about a metre tall, does the little white strands coming out of the top mean that it is budding? if so does that mean that the strain of plant is good? or just some kind of miracle? this is only my second plant so i am quite inexperianced.
