ugh HW help
ok well I only read a quarter of it, and I dont see why u cant understand it...from what ive read he is criticizing the different parts of the government and telling how they do not fully beneficiate the people of the country...or how they only serve one side of an issue and do not fully complete the law to fit all needs and what not. I mean its not hard to read, just look up words u dont know...that way u learn more while u read.
