UPDATE: My brother and my senile gran (who is probably going to fuck up any chance of a prosecution by sayin some stupid things to the filth) are currently n the pigsty reporting the offence.

I get back from work at nine thirty tonight and ill give yu guys an update on whats happening later today.

My brother says he has a "good idea of who is responsible" and I think I know who hes on about as I once noticed this guy this guy snooping around our house two weeks ago, the same time the problems started and that my brother lost his card.

My brother loses his card all the time so it isnt that much of a big deal, and I couldnt be sure if the guy i noticed snooping around was with my bro or not at the time, but if its him then weve got a bit of evidence stacking up.

Your bro should have put a freeze on the bank account when his card went missing, but he didn't, so TS.

For anyone to acess that account by machine, they need the PIN number, so I'm guessing your brother also released that info...? Which again, is not very smart.

Your bro fucked up, by being careless with his bank card, and I'm pretty sure he gave out his PIN number as well, because how else would they acess his banking info.

There are shady, fucked up people out there, but all of this would have been prevented if your bro would have kept that bank card in a safe place and kept his big mouth shut about the info. The only way to prove who is going to the machine and taking it, is by asking the bank to see video tapes of the ATM withdrawls. Most banks have a little camera in the ATM machine, that way, you can see who really did it. Not hard ot trace. Just look at your bank statement, see what date/time withdrawls happened. Look back on the tapes (if they allow it) and see exactly who did it.

That is harsh that someone would do that, but a thief doesn't really care. All they care about is their own well being.

Tell your bro to put that card in a safe, possibly, locked up place. I have a fireproof safe with key and lock for my important stuff, and there is no way in hell anyone can get in there.

That sucks Cass, what kinda world is it we live in when we can't trust our friends? This is the reason why I and only I know my bank details. Wouldnt trust anyone with them, if you tempt someone more than likely they'll give into temptation. And dont go round slapping him, im sure karma will have something planned for him. My Grandfather recently gave each of his five grandchildren 5,000 pounds each on his 75th birthday because he thinks we deserve it and will use it better than him, he is my favourite person in the world and I love him to bits.

The money has been sitting in each of our normal accounts for a few months whilst its transferred to an ISA, my little brother (who might I add is built like a brick shithouse) got his bank statememnt today and it turns out that someone has been taking out the cash limit from his account every day for the past week, this is 300 pounds a day.

Now, my brother hangs around sith alot of dodgy people and as the withdrawals have been made from the cash machine in our main street its easy to see its one of his "mates".

This shit sickens me, my grandfather gave him this oney and now some heartless scumbag is sealing thousands of pounds of it.

When I find him, and I will, i am goin to crush his face into a bloody pulp, or take him to the police. I cant beleive how angry I am I just want o mutilate whichever little puke did this.

I am seriously pissed off, I cant atriculate my anger, how someone could dare do this, and to think this person has probabl been in MY house, I am goin to end them.

SOMEONE COULD LOOK OVER HIS SHOULDER WHEN HE IS WITHDRAWING MONEY TO GET HIS PIN. ITS EASY TO DO AND THATS HOW CREDIT CARD THEIVES DO IT!!!!!!

I've lost my card on several ocassions, and I ALWAYS close it.. As soon I find out about it, I call the bank and tell them to close it..

That way, I don't loose any money..
