OK, if you don't want to make cannabutter, and you have a brownie recipe that calls for vegetable oil instead of butter, you can use that.

Chop/Grind the cannabis up as fine as possible, and heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan until it starts to make these flat bubbles start appearing and a little steam starts coming off the top. Should take 5 minutes or so.

Then, add the weed, it'll hiss and pop. The oil will turn green-tinted, while the cannabis will turn brown and smell like burnt popcorn. Mix it for about 45 minutes to get all the THC out, then strain the mixture to get as much of the burnt cannabis out as possible.

Finally, make sure the oil has 12 g of fat per tablespoon. The more fat the better, it's what the THC dissolves in.
