If you look closely you can see that the browning leaves are being shaded from light by the upper leaves. That could be your problem. Leaves that don't get any light yellow, brown, then fall off. You might want to look into getting a few more CFLs, they're cheap and you could put one in the middle to get better light coverage. Also, don't worry about them growing slow at first. Once they finish being seedlings (about 2 weeks from being above ground) they will start to grow faster. Transplanting also slows growth a little as the plant focuses energy on root growth again instead of vegetative growth and transplanting can shock a plant if you're not careful. But once the root mass fills out, they should start to take off. Good luck man :rasta:
