brookerosebud Reviewed by brookerosebud on 10-24-2006. Shower turned Growroom!! Hey all, I have setup my shower vanity (just a standard sized shower) into a growroom. I have insulated with aluminium foil, the covered again with PVC foil with the White side out. I have covered the top with a type of "lid" like apperatus, so as to keep the temperature maintained at a constant 25-28 celcius (80-85F) I have three 20 litre pots, filled with coco-peat organic, and are using the THC A and B Nutrients. Over the 3 plants I have 600watt HPS, With a 600w hps Ballast running at 18 Rating: 5

I think it might be a good idea to consider a 600w MH>HPS conversion bulb for vegetation. You'll get better results with a MH for vegging than an HPS.

You should consider a hydroponic system for that shower! You've got a built in drain and very ready access to water. It's perfect.

Hey Guys. They are growing perfectly still! I had a bit of trouble a few days ago with the hot day we had, but they are still coming along nicely. Hey Brooke, since u told me to put the fan on, the stems have become really woody. Thanks for that Hun
