I heard the government puts the marijuana and all of the drugs back out onto the streets after they get it to keep making arrests and getting more money but im not exactly sure if thats true

(this inserts itself later.) weed does not, weed makes us chill pasificts. the govermant distributes heroin to soldiers serving in vietnam. then cuts them off after devolping an addiction saying you cant come back to america addicted. soldiers during withdraw go crazy fighting there enemys without fear, same as crystal meth making an apperance in ww2.
