No. It has nothing to do with how close the molecules are, it is simply that things dissolve easier in a warm solvent than a cold one. But the affect would be minor, a far better way would be to a really tall bong, or one which forms really small bubbles.

Problem: Many stoners use bongs to filter and cool their smoke with water. The problem is that the conditions to do those things are polar opposites. One can use cold water to better cool their smoke, but they give up the ability to filter out harmful toxins. Alternatively, they can use room temperature or heated water to increase filtration but they must sacrifice a smooth hit. Hypothetical solution: Replacing bong water with Rating: 5
