I suggest Opcon-a eyedrops, they might burn a lil but they work the best, i have tried every eye drop made, even foreign (i live in the US). If you are about to purchase a grinder i suggest one with a kief box built in, its a great way to collect the goodness. I could not live without my bong :-)

Feel free to add more -- A grinder- You can find a grinder for anywhere from 10-30 dollars. They help greatly. Just picking apart your weed and packing is a waste I think. Grind it up first/ You can grind apart with your fingers or something sharp. But I find it takes too long -- If you smoke in your car. You must carry some sort of air freshner.
