Yes you could mix the MH and HPS lights for the vegetative stage. If anything it would help.

Last grow I was using just a MH the entire time, this time around i've turned my 400watt MH into a light box, one side is 400watt MH the other side is 400watt HPS. I've heard of people using both for the flower stage, but what about the veg stage? Would it do any harm to the growing of the babys? Growing from seeds germinated if this helps any. Rating: 5
