You have to see it from a dealers perspective too. I used to flip, and I ended up making people wait quite a while sometimes. It sucks to do, but think about it. You have weed, and twenty people calling you, and you havent even broken the bags out. You don't want to lose the sale, so you set a 20-30 minute time limit, and break everything out fast as you can, which takes 10-30 minutes in itself, then it's a matter of going to person one, who wants to talk to you for a while and insists on smoking a bongload first to see if it's worth it. You get more calls from people asking where you're at. You bounce out, see people you know, chat for a minute or two, run into a small buyer, eat up another 15 minutes....so on and so forth. Dealers do the best they can, most of the time. Sometimes they're just lazy assholes.
