You said yellowing and purpling, which to me indicates a nitrogen deficiency. I would start feeding it at a really low concentration, like someone else already mentioned. If it gets better- great, if it gets worse, it might be a pH problem or something else.

She is growing under cool florecent lights at 75 degrees. Her medium is 25% peatmoss 25% topsoil and 50% perlite. Since she is still a seedling and still has her bean leaves, I have not given her any ferts. I have just given her water (pH 6.7) Here is the trouble. I noticed her leaf tips begining to yellow.
