Go to which ever parent you are most comfortable with and tell them what happened.
The lady may have "seemed nice" at the time but her husband or whoever may see things differently and call the insurance company, if they haven't already.
Hopefully she won't make a claim but be prepared.
Talk to a parent, that way, they'll know and the whole thing will be off your shoulders.
