Back before the birth of christ, people used to blow smoke through the rectum to cure hemeroids.
They also used to rub the seed oil on fresh burns to ease the pain.
I'm not too sure about the blowing smoke on a wound to make it heal faster. To make a wound heal fastest, clean it with rubbing alcohol and keep the wound clean. Simple as that.

Birdgirl hasn't the foggiest idea on this one. I really don't.
I know THC and other cannabinoids have strong anti-inflammatory properties against certain types of cells. At least that's been shown in the testing I know of. So it makes sense to me that it might speed healing and have some infection suppressing properties. But it makes more sense to me that that healing action might work more effectively systemically, through eaten or smoked cannabinoids, rather than mouth-directed weed smoke blown into an open wound. A topical salve containing THC would be another approach.
The person we really need is Storm Crow and his/her magic abstract collection. If a study of some kind has been completed and summarized and the brief summary (abstract) has found its way to the Web, then Storm will likely have it. Until we know, I don't personally advocate the blowing of weed smoke, which is full of irritants and carcinogens, into open wounds. Tiny saliva particles, which also come out with an exhalation, are full of bacteria, and while this probably isn't a problem if you're aiming your own smoke at your own open wound (you tend to be immuno-comfortable with bacteria already resident in your own body), it's a good reason not to let anyone else blow weed smoke onto another person's wound.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

probobly not, but if you want a wound to heal fast just treat it like a plant cutting. keep it moist by using a plastic film with a couple of small air holes. works great on burn wounds!
