I prefer not to put any other liquid besides water in my bong, otherwise things get sticky, taste horrible and can mold, and the maple syrup thing, that's fuckin awesome! :thumbsup:

I use dry rice in my bong. There was thread going in the Recreational about using dry rice in a bong. The rice absorbs the heat from the hit and doesn't exaclty cool it down like water does, it just gives it a smoother hit. Now I just use rice. No more spilled bong water, smelly bong water, etc...

yeah that is the shitty thing, mold.. had it happen.. gotta clean that out right when ya use it or it can never really be the same after mold.. with that said.. Organic Juice is nice, if that is true about the acidic thing, then no citrus fruit juice

No, you don't add any water at all or what would happen is over time, the rice would expand and soften, making it a major pain in the ass to clean out any sticky rice.

It has to dry, uncooked rice, and all you do is fill up your bong so about 1/2 inch of the lower stem tube is covered. You fill it just like you would water, but rice instead. Give a try, you may be surprised. :thumbsup:

well, ive heard of some jamaicans putting certain herbs like rosemary into their bong water for added flavorings

We used fruit punch once...I did notice the taste a little, but I think I was already baked, so that may have just been in my head.

I really want to try out that rice idea though.
