Yep, sure do, that's plenty, just keep 'em close. And if you can, keep a little oscillating fan on the plant(s) too, once they have a set of real leaves, as that helps them strengthen stems and branches so that later, when they're heavy with buds, they don't topple over.

Actually, for very young seedlings, don't get the lights TOO close, maybe 6 or 8 inches, until they have a set or two of real leaves. Very young seedlings are pretty easy to burn. Once they have a couple of sets of leaves, get the lights as close as you can and still not be too uncomfortably hot on the plants. Probably a couple of inches.
