Lol it's really easy. Just take a hit but dont inhale it, point your mouth in a upward like way and just breath in through your nose. At first you might inhale in your nose too hard or fast but it's really easy man, if you ask me if gets me a bit higher when I french inhale instead of straight inhaling.
