The only time to drink is in a socila setting as drinking alone can get boring fast.

Drinking alone or drinking knowing well in advance that you're gonna be alone when you're done probably means you have alcohol problems. Lifes pretty dull when you drink out of boredom.

now i dont no how it was for u guys but all threw highschool i hated the taste of beer. thought it was sick as hell. but i could drink a bottle of jim beam and still be able to function. still to this day those first few beers dont taste all that great but once u get 3 down it all tastes good. and fuck u for saying i cant handle my hard shit. fuck i live in lacrosse we are 2nd in USA for most bars in a square mile. of course i can handle my shit!

I'm gonna have to say no. I do know about the people you are talking about and those people are the ones that can't drink for shit and try to show off. They ended up getting wasted and puking, fighting, passing out and etc. I drink hard liquor all night and any night that I'm drinking...will be a night that I'm not sleeping. I can hold my own as well. People need to know and understand their limits. I will admit though only time I do get fucked up to the point where I can't function is when I mix smoking and drinking. That's a wicked combination and prepare for your moments of being conscious to be hell.

I guess I'm taking my anger out on beer pong because more often then not do I see people playing beer pong to fit in the crowd and don't even drink their drinks! I HATE people who try so hard to fit it. I'm very blunt and straight to the point in every day life. If I don't like something or someone, you will know right away so nothing pisses me off more when I'm enjoying my beverage only to see guys and girls walking around with a beer in their hand for an hour trying to finish. Everyone is afraid to express themselves. I have more respect for the people who don't drink because they don't like to then the people who drink just for the sake of having the image. In other words, I hate posers...and beer pong brings attracts people of that nature or any social drinking gathering now that I think about it.

I actually know what you mean...I have a friend who plays the game and has others drink just cuz he wants to be like everyone else...I mean I guess its cool he says no but I personally think hes scared to get drunk...I dont know....one way or another he does try a bit too hard to fit in. I play to play and drink beer and enjoy it all...Ill admit that I really didnt like the taste of beer too much until recently when I started drinkin a lot more. I still dont fully like the taste but like someone said once i have a couple of beers it actually starts to taste good.

You set up a table and on each side of the table is a triangle of cups filled with a small amount of beer in each cup. Two teams of two people each take turns throwing ping pong balls into the opponet's cups. If you make it in their cup, they have to drink it and vice-versa. That's the jist of it, but like many things...there is a TON of variations and rules all depending on who and where you're playing.

sorry there are is a table and two people stand at each end with 6 OR 10 cups of beer set in a triangle at each end....each team takes turns tossing pong balls into the other teams cups. whatever cup u make it in...the other team has to drink it....thats the general idea at least...there is a lot more to the game...a lot of rules and shit....read up about it online...its on wikipedia lol
