    I want to clarify a point made in the beginning of this thread. People have said NOT to use BREAD. But, if you toast a slice of bread before spreading the peanut butter on it, it works fine. Then, the surface of the bread is hard and won't absorb the pb.

    Toast a slice of bread, remove from toaster, spread mjpb and then put in the oven. This worked fine for me. :thumbsup:

    Did you grind and then mix your cannabis directly into your peanut butter? It allows for much better THC synthesis than if you just place or sprinkle ground-up cannabis on top of the pb...

    So I just registered so I can contribute to the science of firecrackers.

    This has worked times for me in the past, the last two were shitty though. One of them I used about .2 or .3 of a g worth, used triscut crackers, and regular pb. I didn't use the microwave, but did put it in the oven for 22 mins @ 320. I ate it, and got a slight buzz, but nothin much. The other one that failed (didnt use microwave on this one either) was because at 6 minutes left a family member came to my house, so I shut off the oven for a bit, and pretended like I was gonna make somethin else. (lol) So I resumed 5 minutes later, for 8 minutes @ 320 again, ate it, and got NOTHING. Was probably about .5-.7 in there.

    So the moral of both, use at least .5g, for the average person with a average tolerance. And, do NOT stop the process once you've started it. Once it's in the oven, don't fuck with it, leave it.

    So I decided earlier today I'm gonna try it again, this time following the original instructions to a T.

    I used thin weat crackers. There big enough to hold the pb and bud, but very thin. I spread a nice coating on them, putting about .5 or .6 on them, evenly spreading the bud out on both. I squished it together, and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Immediately when it was done, I set it in the oven @ 320 for 22 minutes approximately. The instant it was done, I took it out and fastly removed the foil. (Careful, it burned my finger slightly. Foil can adapt to any temperature fast, so if you blow on it, it will get colder faster) Then I put it in the microwave again for 15 seconds. BTW, both time's I set my power level to 7, just to be safe. When I opened the microwave, I could hear the slight sizzling of the pb. I assume either it will fail completely, or I'll be fuckin baked. The crackers look a bit burned, but idk. It's about 2:45 pacific time now (-800) and I'm gonna eat them around 11:00 or 12:00 tonight. I'll post the time when I eat it, then when it hits me (hopefully). Oh and here's a pic of it, let me know if you think it's fried or not.

    It actually looks darker than it is in the picture. It smells the same just as any other one I've made, but it very harder. I'll post later when I eat it.

    Microwaving the weed is a VERY important step. I dont know why so many people skips this part...
    Im not saying that not microwaving was the sole cause of the failure, but surely it was one of the causes (maybe one of the greater ones) of the failure.

    I personally thought it was gonna completely fuck it up, because when I took it out of the microwave the second time, it was sizzling, so I thought it was fried. I guess it's all good though, because I've made plenty after that and they've all worked. As a matter of fact, I'm making 3 right now.

    I just made some with nuttela and thought hmm i have marshmellow why not a firecracker smore yeah. Tasted good as hell and three got me fucked up.:thumbsup:

    Oh and another thing, would anyone happen to know the difference between convection bake and bake? And the effect it would have on the firecrackers?
