I have been doing this for several years now. In my experience Natural pb works best, it really does make a difference, however regular will work, but not as good. Grind the weed , catching all of it as if you are careless you will lose some of the trichromes. I usually grind into my mixing cup. Then mix the
pb&herb together in a your cup or container untill it is evenly distributed through the pb. For crackers, I use triscuits because of my sugar tolerance problems. I dome them up with close to a tablespoon of the mix untill they are like 3/8 inch thick, then I bake them at 300 watching and smelling the oven, and I take them out at the first hint of weed smell. I mean I camp out nose right at the oven, first smell of pot and they come out. This has never failed and has worked on people that haven't been able to get high eating before.They will keep for a while like several weeks refridgerated, none have ever made it longer than that. Downfalls: eat too many and it is unpleasant sort of hazy feeling, that is going to last longer than you would like. Eating Weed: THE HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE
