This seems to be a common thread among the intelligent design crew, to argue how life exists within an oh so fragile set of parameters, and if one was just slightly different, life wouldn't exist at all. Hence; intelligent designER.
But the flip side of this of course is, if these parameters hadn't happened to correspond exactly the way they had, life wouldn't exist to speculate about its creation in the first place.
Life coming into being is one in a million, or maybe even greater odds. But despite the odds, in a fair lottery there's still a winner.

First of all, unlike some other gods I could mention, I can see the sun. It's there for me every day. And the things it brings me are quite apparent all the time: heat, light, food, a lovely day. There's no mystery, no one asks for money, I don't have to dress up, and there's no boring pageantry.
