    germinating

Germinating guarintees that a plant will be produced. So it's a wise idea, to germinate.

    Germinate with a paper towel.

Wet the paper towel down, and fold it about 2 times. Then place the seeds on the paper towel. Fold the paper towel over onto the seeds, then wet again. Place the paper towel into a ziplock back, making sure to release all the air from the bag, before ziplocking it. Then, place it on your computer motherboard (in which usually gets pretty warm). Cover the ziplock bag with something black. Maybe a t-shirt, or even a bathroom towel. Leave the seeds here for about 4 days. (Remembering NOT to turn off your computer for about 4 days. Because doing so, will cool down the motherboard.) Periodically checking daily to see if the paper towels have dried out. Although, because they're in a airless ziplock bag, they shouldn't dry out at all. So check on the seeds again, in about 4 days. No earlier.

If the shoot (taproot protruding from the cracked seed) is about an inch long (slightly shorter is okay) then sow the seeds in your medium of choice. Do not (I repeat DO NOT) sow your seeds, if your seed is simply cracked, and the shoot is only 2cm long. You'll have little to no success this way. So make sure that the shoot is atleast 1 inch long (or very near 1 inch) before planting the seed.

When doing so, obviously plant it shoot (root) down into the soil, about an inch deep. Too shallow and there's a chance that the root will uproot itself, and come right up to the surface of your soil. So make sure you plant the root deep enough to where growth wont force it out of the soil, and onto the surface.

In about 3 days, your plant should sprout up.

(This technique (with me) has shown 98% success.)

The rest of the growing process is just basic knowledge of what the plants need. Be it lighting. Water. Nutriants. NPK. And proper PH.
