For neem oil, follow the directions on the bottle. 20ml per liter is a 1:50 ratio, so its really not that much. Don't forget to add a little bit of liquid dish soap to the mix too. It acts as a wetting agent by reducing the surface tension of the water preventing it from beading up. It will uniformly wet the leaves (tip: dish soap added to water for watering also helps the water wet the dirt uniformly. Try it if you have problems with dirt compacting and water standing on top.) Spray with neem oil every few weeks, again, this isn't going to hurt the plant if you over do it really. Neem adds a nice shine to the leaves too.
And superthrive. Its just vitamins and hormones, not fertilizer, so don't worry too much about it. You're not going to hurt your plants by giving them several drops of superthrive per liter even. Use it with every watering and feeding. 1 drop per liter is perfectly safe.
Also, check out my grow in my sig, I'm so proud of my girls

Don't use the Super Thrive in flower. It can impact your bud development in wierd ways, loose stringy buds and so on. Other than that I use it all threw veg and for mother plants and clones as well.
Adieu

Actually someone broke in through a bathroom window and stole them. Fuckin ignorance. We had 4 plants. 2 seedlings, 1 medium sized seedling and a decent sized vegetative plant. What a waste.
