    really moist weed...

How can you tell if weed is not properly cured? I bought an 8th and its still seems too moist and when its cut up it doesn't actually cut up it compresses on itself. grinding fluffies it up a bit but it still is so moist, and compresses in the bag, right now its been airing out on a table top in a closed off room (so my pets won't get at it)...any other sugestions?

Put it in a shoe box or something in a dry area and let it dry up.

Use a small mason jar and leave it open for about 20 min. per day till cured completely. SOME dirty dealers spray their weed with water to add weight....just a heads up.

    Have a good one!

yup, or a paper bag ... either will absorb the moisture fairly quickly ... don't worry if it gets too dry, you can always throw a pice of lettuce, or lemon peel, apple, orange, etc., and that will bring it right back to where you want it ... I store mine in the fridge, which dries the hell out of it, so I'm tossing in the lemon peel frequently, it goes back and forth

all I have for a scale is a crappy letter scale, it sucks ass so i didn't even bother weighing it....... I've been in such a weed slump lately i was just happy to get some weed from another source then ussual. I have one dealer and he's impossible to find sometimes, except he's allways at the hippie market on saturdays lol, and I've been smoking his stuff for 3 weeks now, and its not great and I think my body is building up a tolerance for that strain or something lol he's a great dealer (not the one I got the moist stuff from) ussually has good shit but his last batch he got kind of sucks...guess thats why it was 45 a qaurter, and I got 9 grams for 60, but I'd rather hacve qaulity over qauntity...wow I really rambleed there...

I dont think its the curing, it just prob wasnt dried properly. Ive had exp with wet weed too and the best thing to do is just wait it out and let it dry.

looks like it wasn't dried at all to me. some will cut the buds, bag them and ship it out within hours of harvesting. this is a canabis crime, but it is done. let that stash dry out completly to let the chem processes complete themselves (dry pot=potent pot) then store in a glass jar. the time you spend breaking some out is enough to allow moisture out of the jar, so it is being cured while being stored until smoketime. it'll just keep getting better and better.

    love, brooke
