i agree, its annoying when people spell most of the words wrong, but if its just to shorten words down and it doesnt happen every second word its fine in my opinion. i can see where youre coming from too, when speaking a language, we should be typing correctly, just seems right to me. if you dont want to, thats cool but at least make it legible to the rest of us.

lawl isn't for shortening, it's just to be different from the lol we've seen for years and years.
