Well, today in 2nd hour after taking the test I fell asleep. Next thing you know I wake up and people are telling me we're on lock down because some fool spilled some mercury on the floor, said it was quite a bit. So we were all excorted to the gym. We sat there for about 2 hours and the only thing entertaining that happened was my friend got caught trying to be a pimp and all the girls he was tryin to be with was cussin him out and shit they wanted to jump him or somethin lol! but anyways they said that school was out and it might be canceled for tommorow. I walked all the way here, it was a 1 hour walk but I'm happy .

Dunno, just happy we dont have school. The principle got so fuckin mad I almost died laughing. When he said no one can go back on the 3rd floor because of the mercury everyone in the gym (which was like ALOT) started yelling and all this shit and he got so mad he threw the mic and started yelling and shit. Omfg it was hilarious. He said "WHO'S EVER TALKING, IF YOU DONT SHUT UP I'M GONNA KICK YOU OUT OF HERE FOREVER!!!" ROFL! omfg I almost died.

Mercury, when in liquid form, is quite harmless. You could even drink it (when it's fairly cool) and it will pass through your system with little damage (NOTE DO NOT TRY THAT). The problem with mercury is when it starts to heat up. Most metals are solids at room temp, but mercury is not. When the temperature rises mercury vapors start to rise into the air. When inhaled, these vapors do terrible things to your body and brain.
