an increase in fecal matter, yes, but more times to the toilet no. when i get stoned i turn into a bottomless stomach and eat and eat and eat, but i still have the same schedule, maybe ever few days i got sit on the toilet.... but i'll be damned if you wanna go in there after me and having weed for a few days atleast....
