the debate... Hydro or soil, where do I go from here

hey Reper, or anybody can i get some nute recomendations for soil growing.
as far as the veg stage goes, I plan to use a composted soil mix so it will probably have plenty of nutes to take it through the veg stage. but what about when i start to flower the little ladies.....
