Fertilisers and PPM
Any brainiacs out there who can tell me how to work out (roughly) PPM without an EC meter? I don't have the cash to buy one.
I use powdered chem ferts...so for example 25-12-12 is 25% N. 10g of that fert = 2.5g N, dissolved in 2 gallon water = ? PPM.
Or is this is a dumb question? :stoned:
TIA.
