Lay low, yeah. Some people are too close-minded to talk to about it rationally, and it sounds like your parents are a couple of such people. You're 17, and it won't be long until you're on your own, making your own decisions, living your own life, so grit your teeth and bear what you have to bear until you're out on your own. I don't think it's worth a major confrontation; just stay on the down-low while you're still living there.

I do not consider it to be a bad thing at all, but my parents are old fashioned and extremley anti-drug. I am 17, born and raised in Romania but now moved to Canada. The bad thing about Romania is that it's almost COMPLETLEY dry. Cops there take marijuana very seriously, and you are looking at jail time if caught (unless you can bribe them with a huge ammount of money to not take you in).
