I was lookin at this site for my state (which is Ky), I started lookin at it and saw that possesion of less than 8 ounce's (first offense), is a misdemeanor and I could possibly go to jail for up to 1 year and have a $500 fine. Now, I don't wanna go to jail, and it suck's they took my weed. Cause it was some good shit. I don't know what to do other then wait around for my court paper's in the mail. :( Rating: 5
