and make sure your friends are clearing all the smoke out when they rip it because if they leave smoke in there it becomes stale and not to pleasant
you can even try putting ice cubes in your bong it makes the smoke alot smoother

I've been smoking non stop for bout 2 years now and i've always had problems with smoking out of water bongs. When I smoke out of one I get extremely sick. Practically losing my mind while throwing up and just having a terrible few hours. Now I don't know why exactly it does this to me and nobody else so that's why I am asking. Rating: 5
