    5-HTP

Well, I've had mood swings since I was a youngen...and today I feel like doing something about it. It seems to be getting worse with time and with the fact that I smoke weed. Nothing major, but I hate those feelings I get, no matter how hard I tyr not to think about them, they still pop up from time to time.
Seems like I get drained from smoking perhaps? Or maybe I should get more sleep.

Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the nontropic. Is it worth it? Will it make me feel better? Anything I should be aware of when combined with marijuana?

I've heard of B12 too.. just looking for some help.

    thanks guys.

    5-HTP

Many people do report a positive change in mood after taking these for a few days. Its for many things like depression, anxiety, sleep, weight-loss. Basically it just restores serotonin (chemical that makes you 'happy') in your body, so ya it could help. I've taken it for reasons I won't say (I always seem to get caught up in 'other drug' talk), and it does work well with marijuana actually. 5-HTP is an all natural anti-depressant...thats it.

If we're on the same page, you gotta take it easy with that stuff. You don't wanna fuck with the chemical that makes you happy too much, you know what I mean? I've taken 5-HTP for like a week after a "storm", and I've never really felt bad at all. I don't usually feel bad after storms, but I figured it wouldn't hurt.
