    Pros & cons of Smoking

    Hey guys i just have a question. I have been smoking for about year i love to smoke... But i noticed that it affects in good ways and many bad ways.

    I want to smoke. But i want to do it on a casuall basis. What would you guys recomened for me to do. How do i control the Bud cravings lol..?:rasta:

    Just smoke when ever you feel like it. But when your body is obviously trying to tell you that you need a break from slight pain and stuff like that I think you'd know what to do .

    Just be responsible with it. I only smoke at night, after I'm done with work, the kid's in bed, etc. It's like my reward for a hard days work. I personally find those highs much more enjoyable than when I was younger and smoking all day long. Maybe waiting for the end of the day doesn't work for you but find something that does. Define when it's ok to smoke and when it isn't (based on your own schedule and values) then stick to it. Most important, let smoking be part of your life but don't let smoking become your life.

    Fengzi is wise! I'd rather get stoned once a day, in the evening, under controlled and safe conditions, inside and invisible to the prying eyes of the law, than get baked all day every day. (Although when I was younger I did plenty of that too.)

    The nice thing about just smoking once a day is, you don't really build up much tolerance at all. I still get so stoned after three or four hits that I often just space out and forget that I'm even smoking. That makes pot last just incredibly long too, like one bud (about a quarter ounce) every two weeks, and that's for two people!

    If you wake up each day and the first thing you think about is loading a bowl, you're probably trying to avoid reality, which isn't a good way to go through life.
