major hint, too; Reflective walls, mylar or panda plastic really help expand your light penetration.

I'm building a board similar to yours with the plain porcelain sockets from home depot.

$1.50 each plus whatever wire you need = very very cheap light board.

I'm gonna be using the boards I'm making for side lighting. One board for each side. Should give me some good side lighting. Which should also mean slightly fatter buds lower down on my plants

I currently have 2 sockets on each 16" board, but I'm thinking about picking up a couple more so I'll have 3 on each board.

Hell, seeing as theyre so damn cheap, I'll probly mount a few into a smaller cab I'm thinking about building for clones and seedlings.


Great stuff, dirt cheap, just need to learn basic wiring, which is really easy.
