You have to also remember that cannabis can lower and raise the blood pressure in your head (and eyes).

Lower blood pressure while standing. Higher blood pressure while sitting (note that this can lead to instances of orthostatic hypotension, also known as head rush).

BobBong Reviewed by BobBong on 10-23-2006. Headache from the weed? Anybody here get headaches after they have smoke up? I usually smoke at night and more often then not I fall asleep while high. But recently if I smoke during the daytime (Today for example), I have a killer headache a few hours after my high is gone. Is it unrelated to the MJ or do other people get this? Thank for the help!
