Whitewidow ( Slow growing, perhaps stunted, very strong, leaves curl under - My shortest)

Snowbud ( Only one to get brown spots and alot of yellow leaves, havnt had any new growth with this problem )

Any suggestions , comments or questions would be awesome. I would like to kill this learning curve as fast as possible . Also I would love to bud soon - does it look like im ready? Sunshine mix #4 , dry powder ferts when planted , water and love - perhaps not enough food They are under 2000 watts , HPS/MH 18 inches from tops, room is 73-76 degrees , 38 - 48 humidity.
