They have something similar to that. It is a a hot-start/high temp preventor. Check my thread. 'I' am using one of those. Plug it into your light and timer and set the heat threshold. If the temp goes above that level (because your fan broke), it will automatically turn off your lights to prevent burning your plants, or more importantly your house! They also prevent your light from turning back immediately after an unexpected power failure.

As far as your 465cfm fan is concerned, why don't you cooltube it straight up to the light...closed off from the room. Keep it real cool, then get another fan for the room itself? Anyway, just an idea.
